"We just returned from a week at AVA for the Legends of Paradise event. We had gone to the same event in September of 2024 and the resort was not ready. This time most everything was open and we had a much better experience. The rooms are nice, and the pools are incredible, but the thing that always makes our trips great is staff. Our butlers, Edgar and Moises were incredible. Edgar is always at AVA, so his knowledge was great, and Moises was brought in from Hard Rock Riviera Maya for the event, and he was also fantastic. They both checked in with us in person several times a day, and when we had some scheduling issues they fixed everything immediately. The pool staff at the members pool was very attentive and the entire hotel did a great job with the large number of members. Of course we really enjoyed the two concerts by Radio XX, and is very nice that the band members are staying at the hotel, and they make a huge effort to interact with all the guests and are great guys."

"Amazing resort! We got a 1,668 sf ocean front 2 bedroom suite. Jacuzzi’s on the giant deck, experience is fantastic. We got our reservations 1 week in advance and the highlight was The Butcher steak restaurant but every restaurant so far has been top notch including Chez Moi. Fidel at The Butcher was so knowledgeable and professional. Most all-inclusive resorts are not great…this is definitely an exception."
