"The resort is great! Everything is really clean and well taken care of. The staff are all super kind and most of them can converse in English! The food is also pretty good; personally I love the taco bar and I went there almost everyday. The events are fun and the people (staff and visitors)are chill. The pool games were my favorite. I participated in the parkour course, which was super hype. Highly recommend!"

"Great vacation experience! We travelled with family. We stayed at one of the villas, so we had a great view of the ocean.
The entertainment is great; the team at the resort always has fun activities planned for both adults and kids.
The food is really good: we loved the Caribbean restaurant by the beach.
The resort is very accommodating and the staff is extremely friendly. We asked for flatter pillows and they gave us 4 new ones.

"I absolutely loved the Iberostar Selection in Cancun. This is hands down one of the BEST and most beatiful resorts I’ve ever been to. I loved the entertainment team especially Peter! We had a great time with him and all of the others. We also loved Beto of W2M he was so helpful in making sure we did the excursions we wanted to do. Nelson in Guest Services was extremely supportive in making sure we were satisfied with our stay. Cynthia, Michele, and Nadia in Concierge were also awesome as well. Yasbel from Al Mar was very nice and made me feel safe when he walked me to my villa (Lantana) very late at night. The bartenders were very funny and welcoming as well. Our favorite bartender is Samia from the bar inside of the las palmas. I will definitely be back and will recommend this resort to all of my family and friends. Lastly I would like to say Dora our room cleaner was so attentive and helpful in cleaning our room spectacularly. Thank you to the staff at Iberostar Selections!"
