"Service is always great here. This is my 6th time staying and Gustavo Manzanar at el Caribeño restaurant always takes excellent care of us. The service in all restaurants it’s impecable, personable and warm. We feel at home when we are here. The team at Lecap is also great and we are pleased to seeing familiar faces in staff year after year. This time I had 2 massages with Maricela who was also professional, caring and gave me outstanding service. Rooms are clean, pools aren’t busy food is great and the beach is perfect and calm for little kids."

"This review is long overdue, but I had to write to say how much we appreciated celebrating our 10th anniversary at the hotel this past November, especially with the excellent service of Miguel and Raymundo at the restaurant. When they heard it was our anniversary they brought us a dessert and set up an ice bucket for the champagne we brought to the beach after dinner. They were so happy and accommodating because they made our night so special. When you have considerate staff like this it just makes your whole experience special. We loved the location of the hotel right on the beach that was calm and swimmable. We also enjoyed the food and the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant overlooking the beach. I like the relaxed atmosphere of this moderate sized hotel rather than the bigger anonymous of the bigger hotels. We will definitely come back. Again, our thanks to Miguel and Raymundo in the restaurant."

"The location of the hotel is great, close to shops, super markets and restaurants. The staff are friendly, beach is clean, hotel restaurants are nice and breakfast is great. However, I noticed our room was not cleaned properly when we checked in and there was a lot of dust below the window. During the check in it was very crowded and only two staff were doing the check-in. Overall, we had a good experience here."
