All staff we encountered were nice and professional! We were given a pwc with cracks and a missing mirror unit # 15. This unit was a total dog in the water and not in a good way. I know Sea-Doo PWCs have two keys - one regular “full power” key and a “learner’s key”. We were given the latter key. I felt so bad for this particular Sea-Doo that we rode. The gentleman who got us on the water and helped us back on the dock was great! However, we felt pressured to buy the photos and drone footage at the end of the visit - that we spent $31 on two normal photos from the drone that followed us out on the water for a few minutes LOL."
