"Horrible service, they charge you for items and then don't bring the items you paid for thinking you won't notice 1 or 2 items missing and then when you let them know the mistake they say they will bring it but continue to ignore you what a rip off not worth coming here for what is supposed to be a "platinum" service. Stay away from here and bring your business to Cineopolis Puerto Cancún!"

"2 hour movie, seats were good, lobby was good and cold. I confirm that theatres were too hot for a tourist. Definitely wasn’t sweating tho. If you want snacks or beer, that’s possible. it’s impressive they offer call button to take your order in the theatre and super comfortable recliners that work. My theatre was clean, audio was good. Subtitles for English movies was a thing, but I personally didn’t mind it"
