I love everything in all inclusive free buffet breakfast and drinks plus free dinner at the restaurants in the resort , I believe you just have to make a reservation. Food was an 8/10 def satisfied especially all inclusive being included in very fair pricing. Very economical nice get away! Well worth the price very nice economical get away , staff was friendly! (My stay was in August 2023) hopefully it’s still the same"

"I went for a week in November and had an amazing time with my family. There were activities almost every hour of every day including karaoke, morning stretching, and beach volleyball. The staff was exceptional. Everyone was very attentive and was ready to service any needs/wants. Rooms were perfect and any problem we had they came to resolve it within the hour. Lots of pools to choose from and a very clean and safe beach area. The mall was directly in front of the resort so it was very close and made for a fun shopping trip. I would recommend to anyone who’s visiting cancun!"

Amazing activities for a whole family. Like a a last year want to point for few members which deserve an attention. Laura Pat, Noelia and Felix- honestly best guys ever. Noelia and Felix always have a lot of activities for a whole family and forever there to help you with absolutely ABSOLUTELY every question. Without them this hotel is just good, with them it is a 5 star place. I this they need an extra bonus for been an amazing members and part of a hotel occidental family"
