What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the Riviera Maya Jungle tour, calling it an 'incredible experience' and a highlight of their trip. The combination of thrilling speedboat rides, enjoyable snorkeling, and authentic Mayan cultural performances makes it a well-rounded adventure. Some guests felt the tour was a bit rushed, particularly the time spent at the reef, and advised clarifying drink costs to avoid unexpected charges.
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Experience – More Than Just a Tour!
This was hands down one of the best experiences I had in Cancun! Capital Fox was an amazing guide — it was my very first time snorkeling, and he made me feel completely at ease. Thanks to his patience and guidance, I was able to fully enjoy the stunning underwater world, including the vibrant coral reef and schools of colorful fish.
But what really sets this tour apart is that it’s so much more than just speedboats and snorkeling. It’s a true cultural immersion. The tour includes an authentic Mayan ritual ceremony and a captivating dance performance, offering a meaningful connection to the region’s rich history and traditions.
To top it all off, we were treated to delicious small bites at the end — a perfect way to wrap up the adventure.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cancun — it’s exciting, educational, and truly unforgettable!"

"The jungle tour was hands-down the highlight of my trip to Mexico! The guides were amazing — super friendly and full of energy. The scenic route was absolutely breathtaking, almost like stepping into another world. Swimming with the sea life was unforgettable! Just a heads-up: make sure you’re comfortable swimming, or you might fall a bit behind."

"The staff is full of energy. The show is great. The boat ride was fun, the snorkeling was good. I felt rushed. It should be more than 3hrs because you feel very rushed. Too much time wasted in transitions between activities within the activity. The time in the boats and coral reef should be longer than what it is. The company needs to start at the time they say they will. We had a 11am start time and it was 11:13 when the person came to start presenting the tour. That was 13 min that we lost at the reef."
