They contacted me via WhatsApp once I arrived and confirmed they’d be at platform 12, where I met Alberto, the supervisor. A few minutes later, the van arrived. The trip to the hotel was smooth and pleasant. The return was a bit earlier than planned, but I was already waiting, so it worked out even better. The van had space for luggage and air conditioning. "Avoid booking with this company. My family booked in a tour to tulum. With the following itinerary below and everything was rushed. It was a first time experience for my family at Cancun. And they wanted to check out tulum. The host, Ave, seemed more concerned about being out of tulum by a certain time. He was also in his phone the whole time. They don’t understand why he kept rushing everyone when it was a total of 9 people in this van. We were told they would be back by 11pm and they were back in the hotel by 7:30 pm. My family was provided a bracelet for a jaguar park. They were never taken to this park. At the end of the tour the host was asking my family to pay $63 for allegedly owing money from the tour. My family informed the host Ave that was incorrect because they had fully paid for their tour. After solving this issue my family did not have to pay the “$63.” They were so disappointed they trusted the us company to visit a place they had dreamed of. Don’t trust this company. And save your money with a different tour agency. I have tried calling multiple times and the calls don’t go through.
On a different tour to Chichenitza. They will try to sell you different souvenirs from the Mayan shaman. And mosquito repellant for double the price. The tour Jimmy kept saying he wasn’t a sales man but his actions demonstrated the contrary."
