"We stayed here for 5 nights! Beautiful, clean hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the pool and the sunbeds! Breakfast is good and lots of variety! The live omelette stand is highly recommended! The Huaraches were also tasty! The beach is not my favorite, it has sea-weed problems. Hotel location is really good. Supermarkets and shopping centers, ATMs are all nearby. Busstop is close by if you would like to use the public transport!"

"Just spent one night before the return flight home from Cancún. We are not at all resort fans. This is a decent boutique style hotel, slightly outdated but rooms provide ample space. We had nice view on the big swimming pool, which is adjacent to the best beach of this part of the hotel zone (Playa Ancha). Beach was very clean. Good beach club as part of hotel. Breakfast very average; quite industrial food."

"Kind of a unique boutique hotel in the sea of giant all-inclusives. A quiet place that's well taken care of.
An excellent place to come to with great staff and excellent food.
All of the staff were super friendly. Even going out of their way to take care of us.
It started when we first entered the reception area. The young lady at the front desk (her name began with an M) gave us the chance to look at a couple of rooms so we could choose. NEVER has something like that happened before.
Juan, one of the servers, was always super friendly with a greeting, asking me how things were. He, along with everyone else, was super patient with my beginning Spanish.
Fidel and the other bartenders kept shaking up awesome margarita's the whole week.
The kitchen staff needs to be commended. Every single meal we had was excellent. I loved that each morning at breakfast, it was Mexican fare. After all, isn't that what you come down here for?
Beach is perfect. At least this time of year, there were plenty of spots available under the palapas and around the pool.
We had such a great time we will be bringing another couple with us in February.
