One of the highlights of the park is the large population of lizards and iguanas. They’re everywhere, and spotting them adds a fun, interactive element to your visit.

"Great area and the museum building part is also nice to see all the ancient ruins and dishes, pottery, etc. only 100 pesos to get in which equals about seven dollars Canadian enjoy"

william jordan

"This place was pretty cool. There was a small entry fee (around $3). There's no guide or anything. You just walk around and spend as much time as you like exploring. They have a few plaque facts about each area, with historical information in both Spanish and English. There are also lots of iguanas. I went on a rainy day where it was kind of flooded, but still enjoyed looking around. Worth it."
