"We had an amazing experience at the Hard Rock Hotel’s Roxity Kids Club! The staff took such wonderful care of our daughter throughout our stay and truly went above and beyond. Andy, Abby, Ale, and Fer were outstanding — their communication was excellent, they were warm, attentive, and always made sure she was having a great time.
They made her birthday extra special with thoughtful gestures and activities that she absolutely loved. The quality of care and professionalism from the entire team was exceptional.

"Fantastic spot for a vacation! Great pool and beach. The food was delicious across the board. The service was outstanding! From Israel the bellhop and Carla who showed us around when we got there to the various waitstaff including Manuel at Zen and his great Hibachi show and Carlos and Hector who made breakfast at Frida very welcoming. And lets not forget the great room service! WOuld definitely go back!"

"This hotel is a little older and much smaller in comparison to the one we stayed at in Punta Cana, nevertheless it's still a great resort. The pool area is very nice. Roxity kids club is located a little out of the way without direct connection to the hotel, but it's a lovely place. Check in and out was very easy and the ladies at the counter are friendly and helpful. The spa looks small from the outside, but it's huge on the inside and the couple's massage was awesome. Food is also good. Overall, a great experience."
