"I recently stayed in the Ultra Corner Suite with the all-inclusive option. The hotel is beautiful and well-decorated, showcasing a lot of potential. However, I am giving it just 3 stars because, at the price point I paid, I expected a more special and personalized experience. My stay at Mousai in Puerto Vallarta set a much higher standard.
Unfortunately, I did not feel like I received the experience I paid for. While the ambiance, room, and decor were amazing, the service and my overall experience fell short. Despite my efforts to enjoy my stay considering the cost, I found the experience disappointing.
There were plenty of staff members around, but it often felt like I was alone in the hotel. I spoke with other guests who shared similar sentiments; they also felt that the hotel lacked energy and vibrancy during their entire stay.
As someone who travels frequently, I truly value the overall experience. I wish I could try Mousai in Cancun again, but I worry about facing another flat experience at that price. For now, I would recommend Mousai in Puerto Vallarta for a more personalized and engaging experience."

"Just finished our first trip to Hotel Mousai Cancun. We had excellent service at most of the restaurants. Overall we had great food at every place we ate at. Whether it be the restaurants or the pool. We had exceptional service from our pool waiter Manuel S. He was on the spot with everything. Our drinks he brought us were perfect and he checked on us to make sure we enjoyed the drinks he brought us. The bell hop Hugo gave us plenty of information about the resort and also made to sure we found everywhere we needed to go."

"Facing the ocean we were on the right side of the hotel. They are building another hotel. The view is horrible but the construction noise is unbearable at 6am everyday. This should have been noted on the website. The otherside is just as bad because you can hear the kids screaming from garza Blanca all day. The maids didn't sweep well. Just pushed the hair in the bathroom to corners instead of sweeping it up. If they left me a broom, I would have sweeped it up myself. The view was nice and rooftop pool but that's it. We lost electricity two of the days we were there so the jacuzzi didn't work on the balcony because we were on a backup generator. We went jet skiing but know that's a walk as it is past four hotels to get to it. The puerta vallarta location is better. This place is too kid friendly and not enough adult spaces, just note that. We spent an extra 5k on top of the all inclusive just on food and drinks and didn't realky feel it was worth it or got as good of treatment like the puerta vallarta location."
