"The view is fantastic! And the programming is just short of that. Over our time there, I saw Spanish classes, poker night, a huge boardgame, a CAMP meet up. They take out all the stops especially when it's raining and even more so because the Zona Hotelera floods pretty easily and makes it a nightmare to move around. There are always employees in the area... Cleaning, tending to questions, offering drinks, restaurant recommendations, etc. There's plenty of seating. Plenty of tables. It's pretty kid friendly, and there's only one set of stairs."
