"This resort was absolutely perfect for our family of six (two adults and four kids ages 11 to 3½). The pools are fantastic—yes, a bit cool, but honestly refreshing. The food was excellent, with plenty of delicious snacks and drinks available throughout the day. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the rooms were beautiful, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. The resort itself is spacious without feeling overwhelming, so getting from place to place was easy.
This is the fourth resort my husband and I have stayed at in the Cancún area, and it is by far the most family-friendly. There is so much for kids to do: a zip line, trampoline area, kids’ drop-off programs for children up to 12 (the women working there were amazing—I hadn’t planned on using it, but my sons begged to go back), kid-friendly water slides, and a theater/game area. Truly an amazing experience. We all can’t wait to come back!"

"Had a great time at the resort with my family. Decent food, rooms, amenities that serve both adults and kids. The gym was clean and a big shoutout to Francisco for hosting the Functional Training class, one of my best ones. Had a minor incident involving my child which was no fault of the resort. The Manager on Duty Ivannia Alcazar sprung into action and under 90 mins, we received medical support at the resort around midnight. It just showed Sensira's commitment and values towards the guests. Kids and adventure club was fantastic as they have well structured programs running throughout the day with high safety standards.

"This resort has the worst beach! The water was muddy and dirty and impossible to swim. Unfortunately it is located in the worst part of Cancun. Pools were very cold! Pool service very slow and on multiple occasions our server completely forgot our order. The resort is very small but well equipped for strollers and wheelchairs. Buffett food was fresh but very limited and same every single day. Restaurants however are amazing and most do not require reservations. Rooms are big and spacious. It's good for kids but not great! Kids club was located in a very dark room and seemed dirty. Overall I would give this resort 3 stars. If you like to swim and hang out at the beach I say stay away."
