Reviews Summary

Cenote Kin-Ha offers a dual experience with a stunning cave cenote featuring dramatic sunbeams and an adventurous open-air cenote with ziplines and jumping platforms. While many praise the natural beauty, refreshing waters, and fun activities, some visitors express disappointment regarding perceived extra charges, slippery conditions, and the quality of certain amenities like ATVs.

"Disappointed and not worth the money. Unsafe. No phones allowed so they can charge an additional $60 for photos. Zipline platforms were very slippery, few in our group fell. No one monitoring and no helmets.

The Cenotes were also very slippery, more people fell and were hurt. Guide left us alone after 5 minutes.

They wanted to charge a damage deposit for the ATV’s which was another scam. The ATV’s are in rough shape and need to be replaced. The “tour” is transportation on a gravel road to the next cenote.

I don’t recommend. There are many other cenotes and tours available."

Glenn Bartlett

"Must see if you have the chance to experience 2 cenotes one in a cave the other out in the open with a zip line and 4 different height levels of jump. At the main stop they have tables for food and drinks."

Edgar Vergara

"Cool place! You could jump into it, about a 12-15ft drop! They had some amazing food at the restaurant and a nice area to relax."

David Simmons
