While some note that certain instructor-led activities require waiting, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, offering a fun and educational day out for children and adults alike. The affordability and value for money are also frequently mentioned as significant advantages.

"Amazing for children aged 4-6, but older and younger can have fun as well! We spent a whole day there with kids aged 5,4,&2. Lots of activities, play places and knowledge.
It was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive!"

Rushda Zahri

"This is a must visit for families with children. We went with children ranging from 10 to 2 and everyone had a great time. The exhibits are excellent and so fun. But more than that the staff are so engaged with their station and make it a wonderful experience of learning and fun. I went with two teachers from the USA and both were impressed with the level of excellence in this museum. And its only $12 USD. The food court was so clean and had plenty of familiar options as well as some fun new ones. Don't skip this one. It is helpful if you know some Spanish, but not required."

Kia Gutiérrez

"Both kids (9 & 2) loved it. It’s nice that they let you leave and return same day. I liked that they have some outdoor areas.

It would have been nice, however, to have some more open ended easily accessible (for kids) activities as there are many labs/ activities here are instructor lead and you must wait for the start time.

Came on a Thurs near 30min after opening and it was surprisingly veryyy busy (school trips, I believe?). Staff kept things running smoothly and all areas were clean.

The play supermarket was my toddler’s favorite area."
