"Spent over a week here at this beautiful resort. We stayed exclusively at TRS - Arturo, Elena, Fernando, and all those that work at Helios were outstanding. It is rare that we are able to find a moment to take a vacation and this was what we needed. Everyone is so NICE! Every employee says hello, asks how you are, and if you need anything. Our room was a junior sweet by the pool and ocean in December. It was just what we wanted and needed since we spent so little time in the room (only cons - housekeeping would sometimes come veryyy late, but they have so many rooms to upkeep; beds are very firm, AC was limited, and walls are thinner). The infinity pool was so luxurious. We wandered to other pools, but TRS had everyone beat. The spa is one of a kind - we got a couples massage and it was heavenly. PTC was with it solely for the spa, exclusive pool access, and service. That made it worth it to negotiate for a lower cost. Thank you for a once in a lifetime getaway from our reality. We are so grateful.
Side note - bring sunscreen… the resort sells them for $30 USD. Unless you’re PTC… you won’t get “complimentary” sunscreen."

Our stay at TRS Yucatán Hotel was truly amazing from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and incredibly well organized, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a luxury vacation.
We stayed at Villa 60, and we were fortunate to have three wonderful butlers: Alexis, Eleonora and Maggie. Each of them was exceptional in their own way—always attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us and that we were comfortable at all times. Their support and care truly made our experience unforgettable.
The overall service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, creating a warm and positive atmosphere everywhere we went.
We had an incredible experience and would absolutely recommend TRS Yucatán Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable stay. We can’t wait to return!"
