Reviews Summary
Reviews for the Ysleta-Zaragoza International Bridge frequently highlight extremely long wait times, often exceeding two hours, due to a limited number of open lanes. While some appreciate the pedestrian crossing option, many express frustration with the inefficiency and inconsistency of the service.
"This bridge is one of the longest wait time every single day of the week, with 8 available lanes they only open 3. The agents are super inconsistent while the left or right can be moving at a decent speed the other side has 15 min wait dead stops, makes me wonder why? with so many monitors they can't tell what people are taking or is it the untrained agents, bad technology or simple lazyness of the agents. With only few lines open on any given day expect over 2.5 hours on any given day. Do not recommend this bridge and do not like this service."
Terry Rodriguez
"Well guarded on both sides of the border. I did get questioned a little to much by a mexican women working for U.S. customs. Probably because I only cross 2 to 3 times a year and im not a regular border crosser."
Jorge Ceballos
"We need a place to park our vehicles in the US side so we can cross on foot and not worry about the 3 hour lines"
