Reviews Summary
Las Hadas by Brisas is praised for its unique, Santorini-esque architecture and beautiful beachfront, offering a relaxing atmosphere. However, some guests find the resort dated, with mixed reviews on food quality and concerns about accessibility due to numerous stairs.
"We’ve been coming here three years in a row. Love this hotel because the pool and beach area are a perfect place to relax for a few days. The architecture of the hotel is unique. Fabulous views. Excellent restaurants, breakfast is plentiful and excellent. Service is great.
All the service staff are very friendly. My only gripe would be the drinks at the pool bar. For the price they are just plain awful. Sugar water with a shot of tequila or rum. Please improve these."

"Here on a day trip from cruise ship. Not impressed. The hotel is old and dated. The pools are unclean and the paddling pool looks like a health hazard - green and murky. Beach beds broken and dirty. Beach needs attention- strewn glasses and cigarette butts. Very glad our visit is a short one ."

"Do not come here if you have strollers or wheel chairs or toddlers, stairs everywhere and there are no elevators and rooms have steps. I specifically asked for a room with no steps, since I have a double stroller 3 kids. Service and food is good but to many complications just to go to pool or food, not stroller or wheelchair friendly. I also asked for a glass of milk at the bar for my kids and they tried to charge me $50 pesos, even though it was all inclusive. Hotel was at 50% capacity, for breakfast I asked for some hand made tortillas since they were making them when we got there, and when I get in line they staff said they were all out, 1 hr into the all in breakfast buffet. The beach is nice and pool is good as well with good shade, staff is friendly."
