"we did this lookout as a loop hike and it was so fun and i loved it. the short way up is way steep and wouldn’t recommend unless you know you can climb straight up a mountain and are pretty physically active. the other longer way went through this nice forest and was a lot gentler of an incline. i would recommend going down the less steep way no matter what. great views 8.5/10"

"It’s one of the most beautiful nature places to visit in Hidalgo…
The problem here is that the peak has not really too much safety measurements so better bring the correct equipment and shoes.
You can also visit the peak on horse on an alternative path."

The Two Trails: A Hiker's Choice
In contrast, the longer, gentler forest trail provides a more scenic and accessible journey. Regardless of your choice, proper preparation is key. Wearing appropriate footwear and clothing that can handle dust is essential for both trails.
