"I went to have a document apostilled this morning, and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted very quickly, and everyone was very friendly and attentive.
One thing to improve would be the bathrooms, which don't have paper towels or hand soap. I find it surprising that the restrooms are like this in such an important building.
Aside from that, I'd also like to say that the day before, they answered my phone very quickly, which is a miracle because normally you can't get in touch with these types of administrative offices."

How can a government building have private parking just for those who suit them?
