Located off the beaten track, this Mayan village inside a forest area has its own cenote and a pagoda where we were able to make tortillas and enjoy freshly prepared Agua de Jamaica (tea made from hibiscus flowers). The cenote was especially impressive – we were able to take a refreshing swim in the clear blue water while bats and motmots flew around over us. We enjoyed our visit a lot and can definitely recommend a visit!"
