What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about Cenote Nopal for its tranquil atmosphere, natural beauty, and affordable price. It's praised as a hidden gem offering a relaxing escape with fun activities like a zipline and jumping platform. Some note the rugged road access and lack of cell service, but these are generally seen as minor inconveniences for the overall positive experience.
"I visited this cenote (not the hotel). It was very relaxing!!! The setting was beautiful and low key. It was raining while we were there, but it added to the tranquil ambiance. We were the only foreigners there, so that added to the experience of finding something really special. If you go, be aware that it's down a very rugged dirt road. Because of the massive amounts of rain, there were giant puddles our taxi driver had to navigate through. This should not deter you, but it was unexpected. Our driver waited for us, which was great. The staff at the cenote was really helpful answering my questions on WhatsApp before we arrived. I did not have cell service there."

"What to say, simply wow and wow and wow! Went camping with the wife our two girls and honestly couldn't expect such a service from the staff let alone how beautiful this spot is! Would recommend to anyone!"
Mohamed Akrouf
"Cool little place, has a jumping platform and a zip line. Water is green in color. Entry was 320 Pesos for adults, kids cost less. Has restrooms and life vests included. On site food stand (we had already eaten so didn't try it).
Minimal staff and no one to try to sell additional services or ask for gratuity so that's a plus."
