Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Pátzcuaro's historic center for its beautiful colonial architecture, vibrant main plaza, and charming cobblestone streets, offering a truly authentic Mexican experience. However, some guests have reported issues with hotel amenities like hot water and Wi-Fi, and noise can be a concern in certain accommodations.

"Price of this hotel should be much lower for what is presented. 2 star at most.
This is not Tourist friendly
No hot water!
Saw some roaches
They need to provide some sort of noise-blocking windows and doors.
can hear all conversations taking place in hallways."

"If you go on a festive weekend or day, try to choose a room that is not at the entrance, you can here all the noise, people coming and going at night, pizza deliveries where the motorcycle is not turned off for 15 to 20 minutes and water being pumped at early hours for a long period of time. On the other hand this was a clean very close hotel from the small plaza and the people were very cordial."

Ofelia Madrigal

"I really liked this hotel. First off, it has parking under the structure so your vehicle is stored safely, but there aren't many parking spots so get in as soon as you can. The staff seem very willing to assist you in what you need. The building fits in perfectly with the Spanish colony style of the city and the inside is something you will rarely be able to experience. The room I stayed in was tiny but it has everything you need to basically stay the night (shower, bed, tv?), and I honestly couldn't have asked for more. There is a an eating area where you can have your breakfast, I didn't eat there but it looks like a really comfortable place to eat at. Finally, the hotel sits in the middle of the town, so once you walk outside, you are in the thick of this nice little busy town! It's worth it, trust me."
