"We had an overall enjoyable stay at the Hard Rock Resort Riviera Maya, with several highlights that truly stood out. Check-in was fast and smooth, setting a great tone from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay—warm, caring, always smiling, and genuinely attentive, which made a big difference in our experience.

The food exceeded our expectations for an all-inclusive resort, with great quality and variety across the restaurants. The bars were another major plus, offering genuinely top-shelf liquor and well-made drinks. One feature we especially appreciated was the first-come, first-served policy at the restaurants. It was refreshing not to spend hours making reservations or planning dinners in advance, allowing us to relax and enjoy our vacation more freely.

That said, the rooms were the main drawback. They felt outdated, somewhat small, and not as clean as we would have expected for a resort at this level.

Overall, while the accommodations could use updating and better attention to cleanliness, the outstanding staff, excellent food, high-quality drinks, and stress-free dining experience made our stay memorable and enjoyable."

"So my family and I had the pleasure of staying at the hard walk hotel to celebrate my parents 44th year marriage anniversary. Although our experience didn’t start off very well due to the fact that we had issues with the front desk and checking in our rooms were not available and not ready at the time of our check-in. Also, once we got one of our rooms one of the rooms had a leak through the ceiling. they did end up compensate our inconvenience with two free couple massages for the adults and an hour free bowling for the kids, which was nice besides that I must say that the staff and all the workers get my highest respect because they made The experience, incredible. I would like to make the biggest shout out to the ONE AND ONLY DANI GIRL (Daniela from poolside entertainment) which was the aqua aerobics instructor and also pool site entertainment which made it so much fun for my family and I . We played the games and had so much fun doing it so thank you so much, Danni girl 😊 you made mine and my family experience unforgettable. Another shout out to our poolside waiter, Jorge and his manager, Sammi For making the extra effort to celebrate my parents 44th anniversary by decorating the area where we were sitting with balloon and, bringing Mimosas and cake it was absolutely amazing. gracias Jorge, por atender mi familia, como si fuéramos familia. Jorge YOU ROCK And we’re so attentive, bringing us drinks and making us feel like we were at home. Also Shout out to all the bartenders in the pool area, They are amazing at what they do. 😊. Also a big shout of to NACHO for the ceviche Making Class, and for the amazing tacos, a pastor that he made for us poolside, that man sure knows how to cook the flavors of his food, and the salsa that he made We’re so good. Also, the pizza and the burger stations by the pool were so good. I couldn’t get enough of them.Now moving over to the marketplace where we ate Constantly. Shout out to the ladies who would check us in (Karol G.) I also want to make a shout out to all the servers who took care of us while we dined there Weather it was for breakfast, lunch or dinner at the marketplace Thank You to Rafa David, Enrique José And Berta, And a special shout out to Alfredo who served us up an awesome lunch to celebrate my parents. 44th anniversary. He brought us a platter of variety of meat shrimp muscles and it was the best From flavor to Experience. It was amazing, so thank you again. Another restaurant that we dined at was called El Toro Although I don’t remember the people who served us or attended us there. They did an amazing job and the Food was amazing. Since we were there for Thanksgiving week. They had a special Thanksgiving celebration dinner for all the guest, which was decorated amazing. Had so much different variety of foods and it was all delicious. So I wanna take this time to say thank you to the hard rock hotel for making our Thanksgiving, a wonderful Family Day, and special shout out to our Waiters from that Thanksgiving dinner, Rosalía and Danner. In all do honesty. The hard rock hotel wouldn’t be what it is. Without, all the workers. All those workers made us feel very taken care of and they made us feel like we were Family. I don’t think that they get enough recognition for the hard work that they do so a big, huge shout out to each and every single one of the employees from the hard rock, who make it the BEST EXPERIENCE. 😊 . The main reason why I gave it. Five stars was because of all the employees and stuff which made it the best experience. 🤩"

"My family and I had the opportunity to stay at hard rock Riviera Maya, and it was by far the best experience was honestly treated like royalty. Also shout out to our butler, Gabriel and Naef For being in touch with us before arriving to Cancun and making everything super smooth, check in was so quick and easy as well as checkout.
Thank you so much to our butlers Gabriel and Naef for making it such a great experience for us and always being on top of everything and making sure that we were very happy.
Exceptional and personalized service (butlers handle reservations, snacks, activities) making trips smoother, especially for our big family of 14 people.😁😁😁
Food was delicious but definitely el TORO was by far our favorite one.
If you are traveling with little ones definitely recommend the Kids Club my kid was begging to go everyday she absolutely loved it so many activities for young kids."
