Reviews Summary
The Palacio Municipal is a significant architectural landmark in San Luis Potosí, offering impressive views and a central location for exploring the historic center. However, visitors seeking administrative services should be prepared for potentially long wait times and a complex process, with some experiencing delays and being directed between departments.
"I don't give it less stars because it's not possible, I am a patient person, but the fact that it took me 2-3 hours because they didn't know how to solve my problem took me to the limit. They passed me to three different departments because they blamed each other and none of them gave me an answer about my payment. What are we playing at? It's not fair that they do what they want with your time, and they don't even pay attention to you to resolve your situation. They just take a look at your document and tell you to go to another department so that later that department can take you back to where you started, and in the end what happens? Now it turns out that it couldn't be done because there is no system. Why don't they say that from the beginning? Instead of making you go around from one department to another without getting an answer about your process, it's not fair!"

"It looks like a parking lot for employees, vehicles with municipal stamps, and there's no room for anyone who wants to do a transaction. I understand that there's a parking lot for employees in front of Salvador Nava."
Omar Gutierrez
"I went to process a document and they never told me it would take 5 days and I called and they answered badly that they didn't have it and they didn't even take the time to look for it and without asking for information about the document they just said it wasn't there yet."
