"We stayed here for 8 beautiful days, the property is immaculate and has all the amenities. The back drop of mountain view’s was a perfect setting for our healing retreat. Diego was there for any special requests that we had. The attention to detail with the special soaps, huge in room mirror, and nepresso coffee maker in room was a welcoming touch. Also I appreciate the housekeepers they were so attentive everyday cleaning our room and restocking fresh towels and the nepresso coffee pods/creamers daily. Thank you thank you thank you for a wonderful stay. Hope to see you in 2 months."

"The FREE breakfast included a small bowl of very cold fruit with yogurt and granola on top and 2 eggs cooked to your liking and a small portion of puree black beans ( choice of bread or tortilla).
the first day we got there we ordered food (restaurant closes as 10 i believe) with drinks the food was better than expected. much better than the free breakfast. although i will say we paid for breakfast one day and it was better. they also brought the food to our room which was so nice. the next time we ordered food some new lady said they weren't doing that anymore. SAD.
i love how the room had plastic free shampoo soup and hand cream. very nicely displayed. there was a spider when we entered but it was fine. the restroom was clean.
the pool can be baby friendly there is a short end which my baby loved to play in or the hot tub which wasnt turned on.
when we checked out we noticed a bunch of dead spiders on top of the drawers which you cant see unless youre standing on a chair... i also left cajeta and seeds for a family member there to be picked up at the front desk. they only received the seeds... it wasnt that big of a deal but i dont agree with them keeping the cajeta.
the spa was also never opened when we were there all week. i assume you have to book in advance i didnt check or ask.

My family did enjoy our stay. very easy to get my steps in walking around the property. parking wasnt a problem with our rental. food was good. wish the staff was as good as the first day there. room was cleaned and new towels everyday."

"We have been woken up by loading/offloading trucks, people talking, moving heavy things all night! Really loud well past midnight. We are making this post at 1:30am in disbelief of the noise and activity of hotel staff. We are staying in room 1 and can get no rest!!! Do these people know that there are guests trying to sleep!???
Update at 9am following day:
The noises continued through 6am roughly, we were woken up every 20-30 minutes from 11pm through 6am. I contacted reception via whatsapp only to be gaslit about the noises. We will NOT be returning. PS. The restaurant food was quite terrible and the prices were even worse! This is just simply NOT a serious establishment. Tourist trap! RUN!"
