The museum's setting within a historic home and its connection to Alexander von Humboldt are often highlighted as unique aspects. While some reviews mention potential restoration impacts, the overall experience is described as enriching and worthwhile for those interested in art and history.

"Although you might not find much related to Humboldt himself there are plenty of artifacts to be found here. Our guide was a wonderful woman who knew everything about the town and it's history."

Andy Martinez

"Great views, art and historic artifacts."

Robert B

"Great time to spend the day with small or big children, there is always something for each taste, a lot of food options too. You can buy some tickets to access some rides faster, unfortunately there are some of them where just the VIP users have priority, no matter if you bought the fast access or not, that was annoying, specially because the line was long and there was no clear separation of what group the lines were for. We bought some merchandise and one of the jersey got marks with the fist wash, for around 1.000 pesos it is a joke. But all in all a great place in Mexico City."
