"Fun little museum that walks you through the history of tequila, as well as the distilling process. Located about half a block fron the historic center, it is well worth the time. Plan 30 minutes to one hour depending on your interest. In the rear of the museum they also display the work of local artists. Entrance is 20 pesos for adults, and 10 pesos per child. The staff is very friendly and accommodating."

Charting both the history of the Tequila as a drink and a region, the rooms surrounding its central courtyard walk the visitor through the journey from Agave to Añejo.
Despite this being a small venue, there's quite a lot of information here, accompanied by a multitude of exhibits, so setting aside an hour to an hour and a half to tour the museum, would be a good idea."
