Reviews Summary

Las Estacas boasts a beautiful, clear river perfect for swimming and adventure activities like diving boards and rope swings. Many appreciate the hotel's exclusive areas for a more peaceful experience. However, visitors frequently mention the high entrance fees, potential for overcrowding, and inconsistent service, with some reporting rude staff and unpleasant odors in certain areas.

"While we didn't stay at the rooms themselves, looking inside of them was amazing. The breakfast buffet that is offered with the rooms is delicious, has tons of options, and the service is great. The entry price is steep, so if you are staying the night nearby it might be better to combine the two for a discount.
Las Estacas themselves are beautiful with very clear water and lots of fun features, we enjoyed the diving boards and the rope swings. There are also pools and hammocks for structured relaxation."

"The park is amazing. But very crowded. They charge a lot for the entrance but they don't seem to care if they go way beyond capacity. Also my son was like 1cm taller then what they allowed (they charge by altitude and not age?!?) so we had to pay extra. No wine bottles allowed (anything glass, even for the camping. Once your in they won't let you out. Even if your just going to the car to get something (didn't matter that I could see my car from the entrance). When we were there they had a sports event so the "river" was very crowded. Next visit will be during the week and outside any holidays. We went the weekend before Easter thinking it wouldn't be so bad. Boy were we wrong. For such a beautiful place that used to be so peaceful it's now super crowded, loud music from everyone's speakers, party mode. Too bad, it used to be something special!"

"This is a truly beautiful place and I have been many times. The river is 'refreshing' but is lovely to swim in. The hotel is very nice and I would definitely recommended staying here as there is a hotel guest only area and pool which is a nice escape from the other, busier areas. The food offerings are ok, but not the best. My only real criticism is that the last time we went we were not allowed to use the hotel areas at all before our check-in time or after our checkout time. This has never been the case before and I've never experienced this at any other hotel so they real should reconsider this policy as it would put me off staying in the hotel again."
