"If you’re looking for something authentic, fun, and beautiful, Tankah Park is a place you can’t miss. From the moment we got there, we were surrounded by gorgeous jungle, crystal clear cenotes, and some of the friendliest people we’ve met.
First of all, our tour guide, Francisco, was amazing! He made the entire experience feel so personal, he never rushed us, and he made us feel super comfortable, and explained everything perfectly, down to the smallest detail. You can tell he really cares about making sure everyone has a great time. Honestly the whole staff is amazing!
The cenotes are absolutely stunning, each one has its own vibe, and swimming in them feels like being in a hidden paradise. We also got to zip line over the water, which was such a rush, and kayak through one of the bigger cenotes… seriously, the water is so clear you can see all the way to the bottom.
One of my favorite parts was visiting the Mayan village inside the park. The locals were so welcoming, and we got to enjoy a traditional meal that was honestly some of the best food of our trip. It felt amazing to know that visiting the park actually helps support the community too.
What I loved most about Tankah is that it’s not crowded or touristy like some other parks. It felt peaceful and real, like we got to enjoy nature without a million people around.
If you’re into nature, adventure, and culture. Tankah Park is 100% worth it. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip, and I’d go back in a heartbeat!"
