"This is a public beach but it is no longer free. Since it is inside the national park you now have to pay at the south or north entrances to enter the park. There you get a bracelet. They have built a fancy entrance monument to this beach and a guy is there to make sure you have a bracelet. It looks like the days of parking along the road and walking into the beach for free are over."
