What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Guests consistently rave about The Beach Tulum's exceptional service, stunning beachfront location, and tranquil adults-only atmosphere. The private balconies with ocean views and hot tubs are a major highlight, as are the delicious breakfast options and attentive staff who go above and beyond. Some minor drawbacks include the prevalence of mosquitoes and a wish for more spa services.
"The Beach Hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Tulum. Adults only, centrally located, & delicious breakfast included (my favorite was the green chilaquiles with egg or chicken from Ziggy). The rooms were incredible: good air conditioning, spacious and clean bathroom, and a private and secluded rooftop ocean front balcony and hot tub. The service was nothing short of excellent. They even offered cooking classes, which for us was 3 different types of ceviche & drinks included for only $59 USD per person. Carla was a wonderful instructor (& bartender) who told us the history of the food as she taught us how to prepare it.
I only did the free hydrotherapy at the spa, but I wish they had a Mayan clay therapy to help with the itch relief from the mosquito bites. I also wish they offered manicured & pedicures at the spa. Maybe in the future they will 🤞
My only warning is to put on bug spray as soon as you arrive to tulum or the hotel because there are a lot of mosquitoes in the jungle."

"We loved our stay at The Beach Tulum Hotel! Our room had an amazing view and direct access to the beach and our private loungers. We even had a cute little pool just for us. Everything was spotless, with daily cleaning, fresh towels, and a restocked minibar. Ordering food via WhatsApp was super easy, and the staff were all so friendly. Breakfasts at Ziggy and Fresco’s were delicious. Definitely one of the most beautiful and special hotels in Tulum! 💛"

"Highly highly recommend. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon. The hotel, location, & restaurants are excellent but what truly sets this place apart is the staff. They work hard, they are kind, thoughtful, & exceedingly helpful. They truly go above & beyond to give guests a great experience! Shout out Kenneth, Carla, David, Angel, and everyone at the concierge desk! Thank you!!!"
