We didn’t spend much time in the museum, which is a shame, because we were sweating through our clothes. I asked an employee why they weren’t running the air conditioning and he answered because of COVID. That answer would be acceptable two or even one year ago, but today it is an excuse. I would not recommend Ripley’s until they turn their air conditioning on!"
