"This is a huge Spanish Colonial style municipal government office that has murals painted around it. This entire city is beautifully built into the rugged mountains of the region. The parks are green and clean. The streets are very clean and well maintained by the city. This is a beautiful part of Mexico. It is also very rich in history, also. Texas' own Santa Anna was born in this city. BTW...they do not like him very much in Xalapa."
