Visitors love the serene environment, opportunities for kayaking, and spectacular sunsets. However, some guests note that the cabins could use upgrades and that restaurant service can be slow.
"Beautiful place , horrible service, they hired a bunch a young guys who dont know what they are doing. It took 1hrs be4 they took our order then we waited a another hour or more to get our food, when we went to pay the guy didnt even have a record of our order. He asked us what we ordered! And the food was just ok"

"I stayed two nights in a cabin. The hotel grounds are beautiful but the cabin could use some upgrade - the shower is terrible, the bathroom isn't very clean, some of the chairs are falling apart, and the bed sheet is thin (it can get quite chilly here at night). The food in the restaurant is not great but not bad either. Overall I enjoyed my stay here, kayaking in the water and watching the sunset are the highlights."

"Fantastic place. We only visit the place during the day. Pay 50 pesos and you can spend the day here. The cabanas are looking great, so if you want to spend the night here I think it will be good too.
Though you need a car to reach the place."
