Reviews Summary
Guests are captivated by the Quinta Real San Pedro Bullring's unique historical setting within a former bullring, praising its architectural grandeur and the delicious food, especially the prime rib tacos. However, some visitors have experienced service inconsistencies and minor maintenance issues in rooms, leading to a feeling that the service doesn't always match the premium price point.
"My husband and I went there to the bar option, with some cousins, to have drinks and appetizer. We did not stay at the beautiful hotel and we were to late to eat at the restaurant. We ended up having prime rib tacos in the evening. They were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend to visit."

"Worst hotel experience I’ve had, ever. It may look charming but the service is terrible, valet kept our electric car key causing us to drive all the way back to the hotel after reaching our destination to retrieve the car key to avoid being stranded. The staff did not care about the key situation, they were on the phone and did not apologize for the huge error and inconvenience they caused. The room hair drier did not work, I had to ask for a different one. The doors squeeze loudly that if you stay with other people you wake them up if you open or close a door. I wish the service matched the appearance of the hotel."

"Disappointed with my experience 😩. We were in Zacatecas and planned to stay at hotel by the cathedral for the week however family suggested Quinta Real due to it being a 5 star hotel. So we decided to stay half our trip at hotel by the cathedral and end at Quinta Real (We booked the Grand Class King Suite with jacuzzi tub). BTW the jacuzzi jets looked rusty and drained really slow. I’m not 100% bummed about the decision but definitely wont be staying at Quinta Real again. The location is questionable, room smelled dingy, bull ring not impressive, everything is pretty much original so old, and we were charged for 3 aaa batteries 🙄. The staff was all great, food at restaurant was good but the hotel is definitely not worth the price!"
