"Avoid this store at all costs. They cancelled my original tax free form. I show up to the airport to validate the form to get the tax free refund and customs informs me the form is invalid. I reach out to bottega and they say all good on their end I shouldn’t have this problem. I go to another customs agent who informs me the same thing - that the store cancelled my refund and sometimes they do this and take the money themselves. How disappointing and sketchy for such a high end store to do. The store then tries to send me a new form and say the old one was cancelled randomly in their system but of course it’s after I have left the country and can’t do anything about it. Will never be shopping there ever again."
