Elegant hotels and boutiques surround the plaza, with people dressed in fancy attire, and luxury cars casually parked along the perimeter. I recommend this if you want to experience the glamorous atmosphere the Monte Carlo section of Monaco is known for. I also recommend going inside the lobby of the casino (lobby entry is free all day) to feel the sumptuous vibe even more.
