What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the 13th Century Park for its immersive experience, transporting them back to the Mongol Empire with authentic recreations and cultural activities. The opportunity for photos inside historical structures and the traditional dining with music are highlights. However, the challenging off-road access and basic restroom facilities are noted drawbacks.
"We explored this entire complex. We also purchased tickets for lots of activities that were not there. The large Ger provided us a traditional lunch that was good for Mongolia."

"Honestly its pretty cool. You get to see everything starting from the smaller once to the big ones. You can get pictures inside the home's. I mean that is the whole purpose of this place i think. Also you gotta buy the scheduled hours. Or it will be pretty hard to go inside it and take pictures. Also it is far from the state Ulan-Bator. Like atleast 90+ kilometers. Also 20 kilometers is a offroad so be prepared because it gonna take while with bus. Overall it shows the purpose of this build so 🔥🔥🔥"

"This theme park spreads across 80+ hectares of Mongolia grassland to provide the real-life experiences of stepping into Genghis Khan's Mongol Empire and hence the name 13th Century Complex.
The moment we neared the entrance, the messenger signaled our arrival and 2 horsemen dressed like ancient Mongol warrior came to take us into the park in an orderly guided manner.
The compound is divided into king's palace, museum, shaman tribes' hills and the restaurant compound. We could experience a grand dinning with folk song singers and then taking turns in taking photos on the throne.
I felt like a Mongol warrior while dinning the restaurant among people. I could learn many things about Mongol empire, Genghis Khan, shamanism, and various shamanistic tribes of Mongolia exploring this park.
The overall experience was memorable except for the rest room. It too seems from 13th century and the moments of using restroom are also memorable ones, but not in a good sense."
