"By far the worst “4-star hotel” I have ever been to in my life. To begin, my room was extremely hot, 32°C when I entered. It was only blowing hot air. I complained to the front desk and asked for a refund because I wanted to switch hotels. They said no. All they did was switch my room. No upgrade, no free services, no sorry. Nothing. They also said that all the guests were having the same issue and they ran out of fans. Secondly, I called room service and asked for vegetarian options. They said they had none which is really interesting because there are many vegetarian options on their menu. Most of the workers speak zero English. The gym is also tiny and hot with very few machines, and closes super early. The WiFi is horrible. The only good thing is the view and location, but there are plenty of other hotels around. Save your money."

Hotel looks pretty nice outside but really old inside. Carpets are not clean inside the room."
