The Baroque altars and local art are also frequently highlighted as beautiful features. However, some guests have reported negative experiences with a rude museum attendant, which can detract from an otherwise positive visit.

"A must-visit in Perast! St Nicholas Church boasts a majestic 55 m bell tower (built in 1691) with one of the best viewpoints over the bay. Inside, you’ll find breathtaking Baroque altars and a small but exceptional treasury. Climb up for unforgettable views and dive into the town’s rich maritime past"

Violina Pesheva

"Everything is quite nice, apart from the lady sitting at the museum entrance. She is exceptionally rude to everyone; to a couple who wanted to know about the bell tower, she told “I don’t know what you ask for, the bell tower doesn’t belong to me.”

Upon asking about bell tower ourselves, “closed at 4, will you go in the museum?” And before even we got to answer, she continued “About to close it as well maybe you don’t have time.”

Genuinely hope this young girl have the rest of her day go better as she was a menace to every visitor."

Tugce Tunca

"Quite a modest church compared to ro some others nearby. There is a museums insied witha €2 entrance fee which I didn't go too. Right next to it you can pay €1 and ho up rhe clock tower. Which has amazing views."
