"This was my favourite destination during my stay in Podgorica. It was summer night and the streets uphill were crowded of Domestic people. Young and old were cycling, jogging and walking up and downhill. Long streets, very beautiful. There is a restaurant and small botanical garden, as well as Monument dedicated to Partisan (National WW2 hero) Awesome place to spend time with your friends and family. At night, amazing look over city"
