What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Plavi Horizonti Beach is highly praised as a fantastic spot for families with toddlers due to its very shallow, sandy waters. Visitors appreciate the convenient amenities like restaurants and showers. However, the lack of natural shade and the cost of sunbed rentals are common drawbacks, along with potentially cold water and occasional issues with facility opening times.
"For me its a strong 3* beach. For all saying this, be warned, there is NO natural shade on the beach, unless on the sides, where there is rocky and not suitable for little kids. There is a small forest behind the beach, where is a bit of natural shade, but its mostly full with rental sunbeds. First line of sunbeds directly on the beach 25€, second line in the forest 20€. Self service restaurant and fast food options right next to it. Prices? Not really pricey, but definitely not cheap. Food is good. Beach is sandy and very good for babies and toddlers, shallow for a long time. Water today was freezing cold! And I mean really freezing, the wind has done its work and i dont think it was very much over 20°C. 🥶
Parking 5€ whole day, right next to the beach.
I don’t like sandy beaches as sand goes literally everywhere, but we’ve come because of our toddler. Nothing special, in my opinion."

"Great sandy beach showers food wc - everything you need is there!
Parking you can find 5 eu per day/ or 2 euros per day a bit higher.
Crepes and piza at the small fast food place are awesome!
You can rent sundbed and umbrella (2 sundbeds) for 25 eu. Or put the towel anywhere"

"Great place for a family with kids. Sand beach, lot of shadow is available!
Entry 5€, but we got VERY close to the beach area. Sun chair 20-25€, but its not worth it, because you’ll have possibility to sleep in shadow and nice sands.
Bar, drinks, food etc is available, and showers after swim as well"
