Reviews Summary
Tivat's markets are praised for their wide product selection and reasonable prices, with many shoppers finding everything they need. The cleanliness and availability of local delicacies are highlights. However, some visitors experience frustration with slow service and long queues at checkout counters, with a few noting that some staff can appear less than welcoming.

"Check below my shopping list for traditional food.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! Always lines at the counter, mostly very slow. Some of the staff are good, some don't care about anything at all.
Ok place for shopping. Nicely organized and clean, good variety of pretty much everything if you don't have a car to drive to a bigger Voli supermarket behind the airport in Radovici district.
There are vegan products or sugar free for those with special needs.
I highlighted the products which are a must to try.
Ajvar - bell peppers paste, my addiction, check blagi for mild, or ljuti for spicy. Exactly these two brands I pictured, others won't please you the same way.
Prsut - local prosciutto, especially njeguski, from the mountain village after Kotor.
Plazma cookies and ice cream.
Bananica - banana ice cream.
Local kinds of cheese, especially smoked.
Kajmak - 80% fat young cheese, very yummy with a slice of bread or meat.
Yogurt with a cow picture. Try it with some bun from pekara-bakery.
Salami - zlatibor/topola are the best.
Local bear and snacks.
Zu-zu puff pastries you can bake and eat either with local jams "bakina tajna" or with cheese and ajvar or whatever you wish. These are traditional puffs, extremely popular among locals.
Try other things you see on my pics, I believe you gonna like them. Most of the things are imported from Serbia by the way."
