"This city is constantly pulsating! It's a great place for those who want to party! But of course there are also quiet parts for those who want to retreat...the Montenegrin coast is not very big. Budva is a must-see! Its old town is beautiful. As is Kotor. The beach at Sveti Stefan is terribly dirty. I mean the water. But you have to see it, of course. The castle in Ulcinj is free to visit. A monumental building, full of taverns. Concerts, parties, crowds, cafes, and dumpsters are located at the bottom of the castle."
