What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the amazing location and helpful staff at accommodations near Bab Rcif, with stunning rooftop views, especially at sunset. However, some reviews mention that bathrooms need renovation and rooms can feel cramped. Be wary of being steered towards overpriced dining options by tour guides.
"I would avoid this place until they review their business model. Our tour guide brought us to this place for lunch and and didn't really leave until we were in the hands of a waiter. The prices were about 3 times higher than many of the places serving food equally as good around the area. The food was alright and was a good portion so we could only eat about half of it. The worse part was when we asked if we could have the food put in a container to take away the waiter said it would be no problem at all and brought the bill and took our food to the kitchen. Only after taking the bill (and the tip!) he came back and kindly informed us that our food had been eaten... And then asked if that was okay! The waiter was very pleasant and I believe he tried to help us with offering a kind of bread snack which was a nice gesture but a bit short of compensation for eating both our meals.
Be aware it seems like many of the tour guides take you here first as we saw a few tour groups come in while we were there. Find somewhere else."

"Location is amazing so as staff, very helpful! This place was recommended by our friends. Delicious food & they warmed room up for us before we came, as we stayed in January which was actually cold & after freezing in desert :) Kind and timely arrangement of the airport taxi etc. View from the rooftop, especially in sunset is stunning! Thanks for all"

"The bathrooms need a reno but the rest of the room is spacious and has tasteful traditional decor. Location near the entry to the Medina is handy. Loved the staff!"
