Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Le Jardin Secret for its stunning beauty, tranquility, and the fascinating history revealed in its restoration video. Many find it a worthwhile escape from the bustling medina, offering a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful photo opportunities. However, some feel the entry price is a bit high for the size of the gardens.

"Beautiful garden hidden behind a street, well worth a visit. Also worth paying the extra 40MAD to go up the tower, good view of the city from there. The garden is well designed and creates a sense of calm and peacefulness. I enjoyed it a lot. Some of the garden offers shade, essential in the heat of the day. There is seating if you wish to use them, have a rest and think. Many different varieties of plants and trees. Cafe was nice looking but I didn’t try it. Recommend you visit. Less enjoyable when there are many visitors so I suggest you go there early in morning or late in the afternoon"

Sam

"Although the entry price is a bit steep we thought this place was beautiful, interesting and well worth the visit (we didn't feel ripped off). Watching the video of how it was transformed around 10 years ago made us realise quite how much work went into making this garden look as amazing as it does now. The video is well worth watching from the start (it's at the far end under the arches and alternatives with subtitles in English and French). Despite it not being very big, there is still plenty to see in there. Make sure you don't miss the view from the upstairs terrace - we didn't pay extra for the tower tour."

Jamie Gittins

"My wife wanted to take pictures in the garden and this location was just the place for it. Book ahead. Beautiful scenery where you can enjoy nature while learning a thing or two at the same time. I went round scanning bar codes for some desert plants on display... Beautiful place to enjoy the morning or sunset."
