#answer to @JayRod Roddington I kept filming in the dressing room because I liked having the Saint Andrews behind me in videos so the owner decided to just turn it into a full-blown recording studio. #fyp

📍St. Andrew’s church St Andrew's Church is one of the more charming oddities of Tangier. Completed in 1894 on land gifted by Sultan Hassan 1st to queen Victoria, the interior of this Anglican church is decorated in high Fassi style, with the Lord’s Prayer in Arabic over the altar. Behind the altar is a cleft that indicates the direction of Mecca, with carved quotes from the Quran. #tanger #tang...

"Beautiful place where in a mighty garden famous people (artists) are embedded and an owner shows you around in the nicest way possible telling you on history and plant medicine. Peace is where religions are placed together and allowed to co-live. It is here. 🤍🕊️

"I was so happy to time my visit with the weekly Sunday service (11am-12pm). Such a beautiful experience and lovely to connect with the church's community.

The church itself came to life with the organist playing and candles lit. Singing hymns and lighting the Advent candles are memories I will cherish.

Thank you to all who maintain and bring life to this peaceful place, including the pretty gardens.

Check visiting times on the gate, photo included of recent ones here."
