"Very nice view of the city CBD and surrounding areas. Think the sight will be amazing during sunset or sunrise...
It's a letdown to see that the area is neglected and no maintenance and cleaning is done. Would have been a gem if the gardens were maintained. Even the graffiti gives the area a nice lively atmosphere.
Overall, it's not a bad experience. It's a nice view for pictures, but there is nothing else to do. Maybe spend 15 to 30 minutes here at most."

"Very good initiative by the ministry just unfortunately, it's not well looked after, so it's no longer serving the purpose that it was built for. I guess nyaopes they took thus place as their home now.
Otherwise, it's a good place this one.
We went there with the wife to check and discovered that at this place you can see the whole of Windhoek whe you are on top of this place.
Ministry should intervene to make it a point that this place is well kept and clear all the time....."

"Up a couple of stairs, okay a lot of stairs, and across a circular slab of concrete is Three Circles. A luridly beautiful lookout point that gives you a panaromic view of the city. Head here to peruse the most graffiti you will see in the famously clean city and be those random selfie takers in tourist photos."
